Rainbow Canvas Returns Policy

We want to make returning your damaged or unwanted product as easy as possible and we could not have made it simpler! All you have to do to return or exchange your product is call us or email us. As easy at that. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 7 days and
we will do our best to make it right.

"So when am I allowed to return a product I purchases from you?" I hear you ask.
Easy to answer! You may return any product you purchased from us within 7 days of making the purchase, due to breakage and/or inferior workmanship. If you are unhappy with the product for any other reason, just get in touch with us and we will find an amicable solution to rectify the situation, however, Rainbow Canvas will only provide a refund or a replacement of a product if the defect is due
to a manufacturing error that was caused by Rainbow Canvas.


Just a few simple rules to follow for the above to work:
You will be required to return the defective product with the original packaging for our inspection as we also possess insurance cover with our courier companies pertaining to damage and loss. Our team will review the product and respond to you with an outcome within 24 hours. If you opt for a refund, we will take possession of the product first and once we have inspected it and
find it to be in a satisfactory condition (as set out above), we will refund you in full, or reprint and post you a new product, if desired.


"How much will returning a product cost me?"
Well...nothing! If the item is returned within the 7 days after purchase we'll carry the shipping cost! After the 7 days, the shipping is payable by the customer or non-refundable. We are able to arrange for one of our courier partners to collect your parcel and deduct the cost thereof from the refund amount or payable by you, the customer. 
Please note that the above is not applicable to any purchases of items that were on sale at the moment of purchase. We do not refund shipping fees or pay for collection of products from the customer if the item was sold at a discount. 


What else do I need to know to avoid conflict later and build a good client/customer relationship upfront?
Client initiated product damage and complaints
Rainbow Canvas does not provide refunds or replacement for damage to products caused by normal wear-and-tear, unusual handling and care, usage or treatment. Because these are custom products manufactured as per your requirements, Rainbow Canvas is not able to provide refunds or
replacement of products with user-generated defects such as typos, misspellings, design or layout errors, poor image quality, low image resolution, mistakes in selecting product size, product type, or printing specifications. We will however take the utmost precaution to obtain mutual clarification on all the above prior to finalizing and printing.


Print color variations:
Please be aware that although we utilise the highest quality branded equipment slight color variations may occur from the colors of your computer screen. These slight color variations are normal and will not be refunded. Again this will be clarified mutually during the set-up phase for your approval.
